Su estancia fue de dos días y no recibimos ninguna solicitud de limpieza adicional.

Hi Miguel,Your comment regarding housekeeping not being included is simply incorrect. We have housekeeping staff available 7 days a week, and room cleaning is clearly outlined in the in-room manual—provided in both English and Spanish. Rooms are cleaned every second day unless guests request otherwise.Regarding beverages, guests are welcome to enjoy their own drinks in the privacy of their rooms. However, consuming outside beverages in public areas is not permitted. This policy exists out of fairness to our hotel and restaurant operations, and to ensure a respectful environment for all guests.All of this information is clearly stated in the manual provided in every room.Sincerely,Slawomir and Barbara
